Virtual drum lessons with
Berklee College of Music graduate with a degree in drum set performance
ABOUT ME!
My journey as a drummer began in 2008 when my family got the video game Rock Band. As soon as my dad opened the box, I was immediately drawn to the drums and after a year of shedding the game, I could play Tom Sawyer on the expert level. At that point, my mom decided it was time to buy a real drum set.
After many years of learning songs, and working on different styles / techniques with my incredible drum teacher Paul Barrie, I went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Drum Set Performance from Berklee College of Music. While I was there, I joined my band Groundlift, and was fortunate enough to study with some of the greatest teachers on the planet. Some of which include: Henrique de Almeida, Dave DiCenso, and Jackie Santos.
I have a lot of experience performing live and in the studio with Groundlift as well as other artists. In the summer of 2023, I joined Eagles of Death Metal as their touring drummer. In addition to EODM and Groundlift, I also play with Gary Hoey, Paul Bielatowicz, and The Video Game Orchestra.
I have been playing drums for most of my life, and after studying with so many amazing teachers, and playing with so many incredible musicians, I feel that I have valuable insight into the music industry, and I am ready to pass on my knowledge to many more!

HOW IT WORKS:
When you contact me, we will pick a day / time that works best for both of us to meet weekly on Skype. During the first lesson we will talk about what your goals are and what your experience is as a drummer. I will use that information to create a plan to help you reach your goals. All you will need for the lessons is a computer with a webcam, a drum set / practice pad, headphones, and an account on Skype. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!
